A deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your place on our waiting list. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Please read all of the information and fill out our puppy application before sending the deposit. Your place on the waiting list will start once your application is accepted and your deposit is received. All placements are by order of deposit. The breeder reserves the right of first choice of the litter on all litters. We try to estimate breeding dates / due dates as much as possible, please understand that we rely on nature. We cannot guarantee the sex or colour in our litters. The only time a deposit is refunded is if within two years of receipt of deposit, a puppy with your specifications is not produced, at that time, you will be given the choice to either keep your name on the wait list or be refunded. Should puppies with your specifications be born and you decide to postpone to another litter, you will not be refunded your deposit amount at any time. Once we have a litter, we will contact people on the waiting list, you will be given a date on which you will be required to make your choice. Please be sure that you are available to make your choice at the specified time, otherwise, you will be put at the bottom of the list if I do not hear back from you. Please be made aware that Tri-colours are in high demand, it can sometimes take time if you are specifically waiting for a tri. At 4 weeks of age, your choices must be made. Once a puppy has been chosen and reserved, your deposit is not transferable to another litter (nor refundable). Should we have a litter that does not have the specifications you are looking for, at that time you can be transferred to our next litter. I do not allow visits until 10 days after the puppies are vaccinated as there is too high of a risk of disease and viruses (visits will only be made by appointment for families who have already placed their deposit with us). My puppies are only vaccinated at 6 -7 weeks of age and choices of the litter must be chosen before that. I spend a lot of time with the puppies, I will do everything I can to help you choose the right puppy for you. I understand that it is extremely difficult to make choices from pictures, but I will, within the best of my abilities help you make the right choice. I have helped many people in the past with much success. I have to think of their safety first. We are aware that there are many circumstances that arise in life, we will try and work with you as much as possible. However, we will not refund your money should you want to buy another puppy elsewhere. Regular photo updates will be provided to you after your choice has been made. All deposits will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. Balances must be paid in full at 7 weeks of age (upon vaccination), one week before pick-up/delivery (unless delivery date is changed and agreed upon). We accept e-transfers or paypal payments (please note payments though paypal will have a 4% fee added to the price of your pup). Should you wish to make another type of payment, please contact me to make arrangements (at no time do we accept personal cheques).
